Review: I purchased a dipilitory wax heater which I had for less than 3 weeks. The product leaked continually and made a big mess. I returned the product to them, they than told me I had sent them an old warmer that they used to make. Would not give me a refund or replacement. Not even the warmer I sent them. I then had to purchase another wax warmer from another company. I have been purchasing products from [redacted] for over 15 years and never returned anything until this experience, they kept the warmer and my money, Im now out $95.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the defective product I received and returned.
Review: I ordered four manicure tables at more than $4200 in June of 2013. One of the determining reasons for buying the tables was that they would lower the height of the tables and put wheels on them. The tables are quite high tech and have two different pods on them, one is to heat the water for the manicures, the other is an integrated lED lamp and heating system for the creams used in the manicure process. They delivered the tables three weeks late without the wheels and without having lowered the tables. The pods did not arrive with the tables, the tables where scratched and damaged. I received 4 out of eight pods middle of October (6 weeks after delivery of the tables) with one of the pods broken. We are now end of November and I have still not received a replacement for the broken pod or the additional four pods missing for soaking the hands in hot water.The President of the company,Mark Madson barely answers my emaisl and is NEVER there to take my calls.I have LOST business due to the fact that I can not use the manicure tables properlyDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund
