Due to no one answering the return calls, a message was left on customer’s voice...

messaging system requesting customer to call or come into the salon to receive a refund.  As of April 4, 2017, we have not heard back from customer to provide a refund that the customer has requested.  Customer needs to provide a means, either by phone or coming to salon, for Amber Rene Salon to refund the $122.49. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have done a charge back at my bank and Mountain America has put the money back in my account. I will consider this Revdex.com case satisfied if Amber Rene's Salon doesn't reject the charge back.
