Is there a way that Dora can contact the guy they have the contract with because when he cleans my carpets he always told me that the carpet was in great shape and that it only needed to be tightenedShe never once said anything about stains when I contacted them via phoneI truly feel that she is stating about the stains as a reason not to remove the chargesAgain, I lived in the apartment since there is going to be some wear and tareShe is charging me as if the apartment was demolishedI have pictures that were taken of the apartment while I was living there and have wittness that will tell you that my apartment was not as she is statingShe can send pictures if she chooses but how do I know that it is my unit that I loved inThey had multiple people that moved about around that timeI just feel that the charges are ridiculousWhile I was there I had a neighbor who they knew, who harassed me dailyThe office knew of it as well but could not handle the situation which is one reason that I movedI'd wake up to water and salt all around my doorAgain, I will also state that only one door was broken and that was to the master bedroom and I know I am responsible for that
