color. Our sales rep met with the homeowner and stated he felt the color looked great. He also reviewed with the homeowner the signed contract showing the color that was installed was the color he selected. At this point the homeowner suggested we “throw in” a complete gutter system for his home, or a discount. Our sales rep told him this was not possible. The balance on the project, according to the contract, was due on completion. It has not been paid. The owner of the company instructed me to offer a $300.00 “rebate” or free 40’ of gutters in hopes of a conclusion. The homeowner did not accept or decline the offer; instead he informed me that he was telling neighbor’s not to do business with us as well as writing negative reviews on-line about our company. To date we still have not received payment for the services we have provided and plan to pursue payment through legal means if necessary.
