Amberly Place at Tampa Palms

I lived at Amberly Place for yearsI had serious problems with roof leaking, which they would patch over and overI had mold all in several areas of the apartmentOnce, they told me to spray bleach on it and once they didI had noisy neighbor that played loud music all hours of night and I complained several times but no resultsThey told me it was gated and even gave me an entrance card but the gates were never closedWhen I moved out I paid total they said was due, then I received a call that I owe little over $to replace the carpet from damages and if I didn't pay it they would turn it over to collectionI had no damage and I informed them I did make a video of the whole apartment proving the apartment was very clean and there are no damagesI would not recommend this place to anyone

I moved into Amberly Place in April and I deeply regret that decisionThe apartment I moved into was not of an acceptable living standardI was deceived in the expectations that were set about the upgrades and location of the apartmentThe management are very apathetic and do not take responsibility about issues that are brought to their attention multiple times and the maintenance are unacceptably slow in resolving issues

They told me it was gated and even gave me an entrance card but the gates were never closed. When I moved out I paid total they said was due, then I received a call that I owe little over $400 to replace the carpet from damages and if I didn't pay it they would turn it over to collection. I had no damage and I informed them I did make a video of the whole apartment proving the apartment was very clean and there are no damages. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
