Review: I, [redacted] states that the following information are true and correct.

On 09/10/2014, I changed my vehicle so I visited the management office to give my new vehicle

Information to receive a new parking permit with new vehicle information on.

I gave the information to [redacted] at the office, and [redacted] said it will take about 7days for

the new parking permit to arrive and comes to management office. [redacted] issued me with a

temporary parking permit which covers from 09/ 10/ 14 until 09/ 17/ 2014, which ends at 12:00am.

I asked [redacted] why only for a week, and [redacted] said because the new permit will definitely come

within a week and he will notify me as soon as it is arrived.

However, my vehicle was towed at 1am in the morning today the 18th of September 2014. That's just

one hour after from the temporary permit expired .

I couldn't go to my work because of the car towed, and I waited until the office is opened and asked

[redacted] for explanation.

I did informed the office about change of vehicle, asked for a new permit, and I was waiting for the

Office to notify me about new permit arrival since the new permit comes to office. [redacted] said to

me that the tow request call was not made by him or from the office but from the security company.

Then I went to the towing company where my vehicle was towed to, and asked who actually made tow

service request call. The towing company guy said if I don't pay, they are not able to give me any

information of the person or the company who requested for the ve hicle to be towed. The towing

company information is attached along with the re ceipts. So, I paid $335 to this towing company to get

by vehicle back.

After the tow cost was paid, then I was finally able to receive information of the person who made the

tow request from the security company (information is attached). When I explained the situation to this

person at security company, they have contract with Amberwood Apartment Homes about the parked

Vehicles which they have authorization to tow any vehicles anytime when the ve hicles don't have the

va lid permit unless the management company gives them any special information such as my situation.

In my type of situation, the management company should ha ve notified the sec urity company that the

temporary permit has been issued to my parking space due to the new permit is pending ordered.

However, the management company did not notify the security company of this information so the

security company was not aware of any of this situation that made this result.

My vehicle was parked at my own parking space which I pay for the space that is already been included

in my monthly rent. I was never late a single payment of my rent for this property ever since I moved in

to this apartment. I am a single parent raising three minor children attending schools, and I also work

for a full time every day. Due to this incident, my children could not attend school, and I couldn't make

to work either which can be a very big loss to my family.

I don't know, and I don't have to know what t ype of contract agreement they made between the

management and the security company in vehicle parking matters, however, I believe it is the

management's job to update any vehicle related statuses of tenants to security company so the security

company also can be aware of these situations as well to prevent these types of losses to tenants.

[redacted] the supervisor of Amberwood Apartment management, he first said he did receive the

original parking permit on Tuesday the 16th of September 2014, and he said he tried to call me for pick

up from the office. However, I did not receive any phone call neither from the office or from [redacted].

When I told [redacted] that I did not receive any phone calls from the office, [redacted] then

changed his words and said he used he's personal phone to call me so the number appeared on my

phone was probably the restricted number instead of an office number.

Unfortunately, I did not have any records of calls in my phone that even appears with restricted number

either.

I asked [redacted] again, if he made the calls to me from he's personal phone, then would it be okay

for him to show me the call records from he's personal phone which should be in he's call logs.

However, [redacted] said he doesn't have that because he erases he's call logs everyday.

It is very hard for me to believe what he tells me, but I have strong doubt that he just forgot to call me

to pick up the permit when it was arrived on Tuesday.

Then I made the letter myself {letter attached) which contains the information what [redacted] said

To me regarding the matter, and asked him to sign for me if these are really true. Renee [redacted] refused

to sign the prepared letter, but he wanted to put he's own words and prepare another note for me.

I waited exactly lhour 54 minutes at he's office to receive [redacted]'s half page of prepared letter in

he's own words. (letter attached), [redacted] was t yping and correcting over and over again almost

2 hours just to put them in he's own words . When I reviewed he's letter when done, he changed around

the words and the most of the information are not correct.

[redacted] did not inform me about possible towing when temporary permit expires. [redacted]

said I shouldn't have no problem because the permit will arrive way faster than a week which it will

definitely be arrived at the office and will call me to come and pick up.

[redacted] stated that he called me numbers of times and knocked on my door. But this is also not

true either because I already told [redacted] that I am working full time so [redacted] is the one

who said he will call me and let me now as soon as it 's arrived so I can come and pick up before the

office is closed . Visited my unit and knocked on my door does not make sense either when [redacted] was already aware of me not home during the daytime for work. Plus he did not say this to me

earlier but added this to he's written statement.

I first visited [redacted] at lOam, 09/18/ 2014, then visited again at lpm, waited another 4Sminutes

and finally met him at 1:47pm, then he made me wait for 2 hours again, then he finally gave me the

written statement that are not true.

I don't understand why I had to pay $335 to towing company when I did not do anything wrong but did

exactly what I had to do. I immediately informed management as soo n as I changed my car to update

vehicle info., I did receive the temporary parking permit, I was waiting for the office to call me for new

parking permit pick up, but I end up paid $335, no earnings from work for one full day, three of my

children had to miss school this day.

I wanted to speak to the supervisor, but [redacted] said he is the manager and he is the supervisor.

I don't know where to ask for help to recover my losses.

Therefore I ask Revdex.com to help me resolving the matter and to get my towing cost of

$335 reimbursed.

I very appreciate your time. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Tel :###-###-####

Review: I gave my 30 day notice on September 7 due to the fact that I am purchasing a home. I had until October 7th to move out and had my rent prorated. On the week of September 28 – October 2 I called every single day to let someone know that there was a delay on my escrow and would not meet the October 7th deadline. I spoke to Anna a couple times along with 2 other girls who kept telling me they would call me back to find out if I could extend my date. No one bothered to call me back. On Saturday October 3rd I went into the office to speak to someone. There were 2 girls in the office and not one of them knew what they were doing. I asked for Anna who walked in around the same time and looked more confused than the other 2 girls. I told her that she never called me back and needed to extend my date she refused to deal with me. She had another girl try to help me to let me know what the daily fee would be to stay longer. I told her I needed another week and that I would be out by October 14th. I called back on Monday October 5, 6 and 7th and asked for the exact total amount of rent due for me to still until the 14th. They all insisted that I could not get more time. I expressed that I needed more time and had nowhere to move to. I told them I have 3 kids and cannot just leave. I explained this is the reason I kept calling over and over. I called back October 8th and spoke to Erika who stated that eviction papers were already filed. She said she would call the attorney to try to stop it which she didn’t. I called her 4 times that day and every time she said she would call me back and again NEVER received a call back. Saturday October 10th I was served with eviction papers by a person who was peeking through my windows and scarred my 7 year old daughter (which is another issue I will be resolving with the company).Desired Settlement: I need the Eviction to be removed
