I ordered a door from Pinckards, I was promised door in 10-days and assured it would be installed as soon as it arrived It came in after days, then was scheduled to be installed days later , not as soon as it arrivedThen on scheduled day I called to see where it was at noon and got the old "I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL YOU" stood up and promised first thing in the morning We'll not first thing in the morning, I left job site at 11:to go to another job miles away Finally get a call door comingI told installer I would be back to pay balance They moved barrier to brand new driveway and drove on itIt is only ft long the concrete curbs they moved to avoid walking ft.was much heavier than the door panels Home owner was not happy about truck on her fresh driveway Then door install is completed with a giant gap under doorI am on my way back from other job received calls to come pay balance for door immediately or it would be taken back downHighly unprofessional company run by immature acting individualsI have purchased MANY garage doors from Pinckards in the past, I started using a different company a couple years ago, my customer liked a certain door they could get So I gave them another tryWHAT A MISTAKE
