I have been waiting for 1/months to get ANY information(ie member information(so I can pay my bill), where to go to start a log in(so I can pay my bill), basically anything(so I can pay my bill!!!!))The only thing I have recieved is a phone call in the middle of MY work day telling me im months behind and I need to payI CANT PAY WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE AND WITH WHAT LOG IN INFORMATION!!!!!!

Ambetter by [redacted] is a joke. They failed to pull my funds for auto pay up until 13 days after they were supposed to, and because I am responsible and manually paid it, I ended up being double charged. They have failed to refund my money. Something needs to be done about this company. This is not the only screw up. They submitted my enrollment twice in January and it took them until the beginning of April to finally allow me to pay - causing them to cancel my insurance. I had to force them to enroll me again and now I show that I didn't have insurance at all until April of this year. Surely this will be a penalty for not having insurance all year which they won't pay. Terrible excuse for a health insurance company.

I signed up for automatic payments but for some reason it didn't work. It took me a couple of months to realize this (my mistake for not looking specifically at my bank statement for Ambetter). I finally received a letter about it and immediately made a couple of payments to get caught up. Ambetter took my money but did not allow me to use their health insurance...they told me on several occasions through my contacting them that they would correct the status to active. They never did. Finally, after 2 months of trying to resolve, they responded to a written message from me that they refunded my money. I have yet to see this money! I have called about it but they do not do more than state that they sent a check. They never return my calls and I get shuffled through an automated system and then put on Hold on the phone. I addressed the missed payments back in June. They spent all of July and half of August stating they would correct the status of my account. Mid August they wrote an online message that they refunded me. I have been trying since then to find out where this supposed refund is!! I have not received anything in the mail and my account has not been reimbursed. And they do not contact me to update me despite saying they will. I call this theft on their part!

I can't believe that this business is allowed to exist. I have been paying $170 each month for an insurance policy and now that I need to go to the doctor, I am unable to find a doctor within a 15 mile radius. Moreover, all of the doctors that are closer to me that I have called to make an appointment with, DO NOT accept this insurance. This is beyond disappointing. The company seems to operate under such deceptive marketing. It is not just 1 doctor that doesn't accept it, but at least 3 that are listed on the company's website and NONE of them accept it. How is this company even in compliance with anything? How are they allowed to charge the regular consumer an exorbitant price for something that they are unable to deliver! I am outraged and disappointed. The company does not deliver the service that is required of them to deliver for the amount of money that they are being paid. I might as well throw the money away instead of giving it to this company. They have done nothing for me for the amount I am paying. I am utterly disgusted.
