I am writing to inform you that my complaint (ID [redacted]) against Ambiance Day Spa & Salon has been amicably resolved as of today, 11/4/2014. My money for the gift certificate has been refunded in full. I was contacted by the business owner via phone and email on 11/3/2014. She was apologetic and assured me the situation should never have happened and would not happen again in the future. I am totally pleased with the resolution.
