*** was a brand new client My job is not to do customer support service - it is my coordinator's position and she personally exchanged over eighty emails with *** so to hear her say that she didn't get enough communication from us is unrealEveryone at our company has a different set of
responsibilities which is business practiceclients hear from us a few times a month to hear about their match and get meeting instructions and to report back with their feedback.The one thing that she mentioned that is true is about the restaurant From time to time a hostess will make a mistake about a reservation that we've made It's unfortunate but it happens but only rarely Her match was a very nice gentleman that is a physician here in Chicago and he showed up a little late Usually our clients are very punctual but doctors sometimes get a little behind in their schedules She had sent me an email over the weekend but I don't check them until Monday during business hours at which time I forwarded it to my coordinator for investigation as she takes care of all appointment scheduling Monday mornings are notoriously busy and by the time she got to ***'s email *** seemed really mad An explanation was given and we told her the restaurant would be called about the reservation confusion We'd been working hard on her next two matches when out of nowhere she sent a vicious email threatening us with what we basically consider to be extreme defamationShe signed an agreement and part of that agreement states that she is never to post anything to social media and she has put some very slanderous misconceptions already onto our Facebook page therefore we will have no choice but to refer her to our attorney if she doesn't stop. We had let her arrange for financing, something that Ambiance rarely does, and she only made one payment so I'm not sure where she's getting her math from Attaching her agreement.We only try to help people so for someone to try to build a case against us insinuating that we did something wrong is difficult to understand
