My experience with ambiance pool was not very goodThe bid for our job was chosen among others submitted to my husband and I and the job was to replace a spa heater and pool pump and some minor repairsThe first day of repairs the technicians showed up early and worked to install the heaterThen, it went downhill fastThe second day scheduled repairs were a week later, July 28th between 3pm and 5pmWe had a no show without any call as to why they never arrivedThe next day I called the office times only to leave voice messagesWhen a woman finally answered on the 4th attempt she mentioned being short staffed and we scheduled again for the following weeks she said I would have techs there early at 7amThat day came and again no arrival at 7am!! I called a few hours later and they told me I wasn't scheduled until 3:I had to be home since a control box was needed to be installed in the houseAnother wasted dayThey arrived at 3:and the when I answered the door one of the techs said jokingly, "good morning"I wasn't amusedHe said there was a mix up with the schedulersMy bad luck I guessThey should have finished the job but failed to bring with them the pump, so again we had to schedule for thatWhat upset me the most throughout this ordeal is I spoke directly with [redacted] [redacted] the following day of the first no show and asked him why wasn't I important enough to even get a phone call and that my time spent waiting for scheduled repairs were wastedI was hoping he would then make our job a priority but that never happenedWhat should have typically taken days to complete took over two weeks!
