We did not sale any faulty product to any customerthe product customer bring back is in very bad condition with all the scratches on on the iorn pan also had lot of cooking oil, which obvious they been cooking on thisWe have policy to take the item back if it is not used condition but this pan was abused and usedwe try to explain the customer that if anything wrong (Broken) we take it back but he told us that he did not like this so he want to return the product so we had refused to give refund of the product

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Bought the pan on 11/and returned it on 11/17.And went back to te return after just one use...since I live in georgetown about miles away.cannot come during work week without taking a day off.I am regular shopper at this place for the past 5yrs and out of all the items I buy...why in the world will I return just this one.This is the height of insanityThe product is as the grocer describes in just day use then that pan does not deserve to be sold to anyone.It is a metal pan and did not meet us expectations after the useHow else is a customer supposed to use ?Pls explain Regards, [redacted]
