WE INSTALLED THE STANLEY FURNACE TO YEARS AGOAT THE TIME OF THE INSTALLATION ALL WORK WAS DONE WELLSINCE THEN THE STANLEY'S HAVE HAD AIR CONDITIONING
ADDED TO THE FURNACE AND AT LEAST ONE REPAIR TO THE FURNACE THAT I KNOW OF (INDUCER ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED)PLEASE BE ADVISED, OUR COMPANY WAS UNAVAILABLE TO DO THIS WORK AND THE STANLEYS' HIRED A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY TO COMPLETE THESE TASKSIN FACT, THE OTHER COMPANY WAS EXPELLED FROM THE "Revdex.com"
ALSO, WE ONLY WARRANTY OUR LABOR FOR ONE YEARCONSEQUENTLY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CURRENT PROBLEM

Frank is dishonest an is trying to avoid his mistakesThe duct work for the return does not reach the ceilingThe efficiency of the furnace or air is not what it should beThis is Franks faultThis is not about the warranty of the productFrank knew he made this mistake but left it alone anywayHe is the most dishonest installer I've seenCome out here and see for yourself the bad work Frank has done, bring Frank with you
in January of 14, I called him for repairHe came out times and still didn't fix the problem, he was guessing what the problem was and was going to try something different for the 3rd time, which still would have been wrong
The new company I changed to knew what the problem was and fixed itFrank was gambling with my money! The new company showed me that the duct for the return was incorrect, it doesn't reach the ceiling!!! I want this fixed, Frank knew it was wrong and made no effort to do it right! He left us hangingFrank is dishonest and will try anything he can to avoid this
Like I said, come out here and bring Frank with you, I'll show you and no doubt you will agree that Frank did not install the duct correctlyKeep in mind, Frank is dishonest and will try to avoid fixing his mistake and will put the blame on someone else, that's what bad businessmen do!!!
