We contacted this customer via email with notification that the part he ordered was on back-order and we received no responseThe email may have gone to his spam folder or junk mail, we did contact him via email thoughOur phone system doesn't always work flawlessly, but if someone leaves a voicemail we do return the calls and we did not receive a voicemail from [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I left a voicemail with every person on your company directory asking for a phone call back. A simple phone call would have taken care of the issue. Four people received numerous messages from me pleading for a response and not one person picked up the phoneWhen you order an item and it shows "in stock" and you pay for next day shipping you expect the item the next day. The item should have been marked as out of stock which again would have prevented the issue from happeningI have not received any form of communication from Ambient, I also check my spam folder daily and have nothing from Ambient Thank you
