We have reached out to *** *** yesterday and settled the matter by sending the correct part he requested and shipped it todayThe customer agreed to this arrangement and did not mention anything about receiving a refund or creditThe tracking number was provided to the customer via email

Customer claimed wrong product was received.  We contacted customer and at our expense sent out a replacement with expedited shipping. There is a standard processing time and we have no control over the delivery schedules by the common carrier.  We have gone over and above to accommodate the customer. We apologize that we have not met the standards he has set but have done everything and more to resolve the issue at hand.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  While we did reach an agreement, I have not received any tracking information for the proper part, as is their claim.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

To Whom It May Concern,I would like to reopen my complaint as AmbientStores.com has not fulfilled their end of the agreement.  They guaranteed delivery for Thursday and it will not be delivered.They understood that this was a replacement piece for an air conditioning unit and New York City has been inundated by sweltering heat and stifling humidity.  They have cost me significant amounts of sleep and thusly productivity at work.I am not willing to consider this matter resolved — all should know that their business practices are terrible and that they do not keep their word.  I would like to escalate this matter.All the best,[redacted]

Review: I have ordered few replacement parts about a week ago . I have never received an email with shipment confirmation. Customer service inst available, goes directly to voice mail . BUT the most important issue they claim on the website [redacted] they are Revdex.com accredited which is a lie . Please look into it.Desired Settlement: Shut them down please or make them remove Revdex.com accredited logo

Order was backordered and automatically cancelled when not fulfilled after 10 days. Customer was never charged for item. Representatives have attempted to contact customer but have been routed voicemail. No voicemail left as recording did not identify customer's name.
