To Whom It May Concern,I would like to reopen my complaint as AmbientStores.com has not fulfilled their end of the agreement They guaranteed delivery for Thursday and it will not be delivered.They understood that this was a replacement piece for an air conditioning unit and New York City has been inundated by sweltering heat and stifling humidity They have cost me significant amounts of sleep and thusly productivity at work.I am not willing to consider this matter resolved — all should know that their business practices are terrible and that they do not keep their word I would like to escalate this matter.All the best,***

Customer claimed wrong product was received We contacted customer and at our expense sent out a replacement with expedited shippingThere is a standard processing time and we have no control over the delivery schedules by the common carrier We have gone over and above to accommodate the customerWe apologize that we have not met the standards he has set but have done everything and more to resolve the issue at hand
