After reading several great reviews of master plumber Fernando with Ambition Plumbing I messaged them after 9pm about an issue I was having and if they could help out. Within a few minutes I was contacted back and asked to explain my issue. Then they asked if I could send pics and videos of the issue I was having. I was told the issue I was having could only be one of two things having to do with my water softener and asked to troubleshoot by bypassing the water softener. When this corrected the issue I was told I needed to flush out the resin and refill it. After mentioning how much the original installer charged the last time I was told that was actually a good price for that task. Never felt pressured into having an in-house call visit which would cost an arm and a leg, and never felt pressured into going with him to fix the issue. I have never had anyone be so helpful and genuine in trying to help someone with not much benefit to their company. Experienced plumber that I’d Highly recommend.

Thanks to Ambition plumbing I have the best water pressure that I have ever had in my house. They answered their calls quickly. I got multiple options for my problems. Was very patient while answering all my questions even when it seems I repeated them. They never pushed me into the most expensive option. They even took pictures of their work and added them the invoice. I will definitely be using them again.

I highly recommend Fernando F for your plumbing needs. From the initial contact with Fernando to the last, he was highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was hired to do a pretty big job for me, replacing 2 sewer lines, install clean outs, hydro jet the pipes under house.
The crew showed up on time, did their jobs without lollygagging around which was good to see. Fernando got all the required permits from the city and did the job without too much delay from projected date (weather delays). I had to go out of country during the job but he kept me informed almost on a daily basis on the progress, in addition he sent photos for me to see. He was very easy to work with and would not hesitate to hire him again for any other plumbing work I might need in future.
