In regards to complaint above we've spoken to the customer via phone call on 7/@ 7:08PM in regards to his order [redacted] Conversation was: Your order will be shipped Monday 08/01/due to the size crop top order was currently on back order and the items was received*** [redacted] understood and just asked to provide tracking number to the email given when order was placed.We're also closed on weekends so the emails will be responded to on Monday the next business dayThanks [redacted] ***

For this order the brand whom released the merchandise did a huge "Black Friday" right after ThanksgivingOur warehouse was closed those following days once we arrived to the warehouse our stock was limited in which we placed an order for the requested item(s), the shipment didn't arrive to us
until 4-business days and keep in mind they we're over items sold over the Thanksgiving holiday.As well on our website for shipping/returns list the turn around time for all merchandise sold through "Ambitious Custom Printing".We'll express ship this order out tomorrow 12/17/and provide the tracking to the request email on this account. As far as the order the customer ordered the product the day after "Thanksgiving" in which we was closed and unable to contact our shipping company to check the status of our arrival on merchandise as well as our brand had a huge "black Friday" sale so the hoodies was on back order and an email wait out indicating the issue. For the holiday shipping it does take take time due to it's the holiday and our carrier (***) pihundreds of packages from the warehouse and all the packages aren't scanned until they reach the carrier facilityThe package has been shipped and delivered as of 12/21/16.Tracking: ***ThanksErin ***

Hey *** I'm very sorry you didn't receive your product you recently ordered thorough "*** *** ***" I did a little digging for your tracking and the tracking doesn't show any movement since the product was shipped I'll indeed refund the full amount and also reship another
package to you at no cost to you. I'll go to the customer service department to see what's going on as well. I'm very sorry for this mishap

Replying in regards to complaint.I've looked into this matter and I only see 2 emails in regards to this order: [redacted] on date 11/28/16 and 11/29/16.That is in regards to the complaint above.The [redacted] has been on back-order due to the holiday sale we're waiting on shipment ourselves...

to fulfill the order.We'll be glad to refund the customer the full amount with no problem. But rest insure we're not a scamming business and nothing on our [redacted] is fake we're a legit company and we don't pretake into any shady business. ThanksErin R[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Co-Owner Erin R. went above and beyond to get the hat that I ordered. She explained that the hat was originally back-ordered and that I should have been sent an e-mail explaining so. She apologized for no one responding to my e-mail inquiries. She and I discussed the need of better contact options on their [redacted] as I had to dig to find an e-mail or some way of contacting them regarding my order. My original order amount was refunded. Erin not only sent me the hat that I requested free of charge, she also sent a coordinating sweatshirt and beanie as well...all free of charge.
