Review: I contracted with this business to install a new headliner in a 2007 [redacted] sedan. The initial installation was not complete and faulty. Incomplete: vanity lights above both front visors were not reconnected, left front pillar was not reinstalled correctly, headliner adjacent to left front pillar was installed incorrectly, left rear pillar was not installed correctly, rear molding was not reinstalled correctly, there were liberal amounts of dirty hand prints at various locations of the headliner.I have revisted the shop six (6) times in an effort to reconcile these many issues, to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in order to take the car to a capable auto upholsterer to have a new headliner installed professionally.
