ambler flowers

Review: I ordered flowers from Ambler Flowers, for my Mom for Christmas. What arrived was a horrible mess. The owner refused to acknowledge a replacement. The order was not inexpensive, a return phone call from the store would have been nice. I had heard from other customers that he was the best, not sure what happened to my order. Of course I will not place another order there with them in the future.Desired Settlement: I would very much like my Mom too have a replacement, that looks like what I ordered.
