I had a toilet that ended up leaking and flooding my bathroom and the bedroom I didn't have the funds to pay the deductible from the insurance and better way services set up a payment plan By the way when all this happened I was like months pregnant So any how around January 2nd I went into early labor with my child and the payment was due on the first, but the first was a holidaySo I ended up having my son early and this company better way services called me for a payment I politely told them the situation because since I went into labor early my son ended up in the NICU So I was not available The lady I spoke with understood and stated to contact her when I could Not even hours later I get another call from someonestating that he was told my [redacted] to call me about a [redacted] payment Now if you just had a baby the your not focusing on these things and a lot of people would understand this So I called the company and asked them not to call me anymore I understand I owe them $approximately and it will get paid but I don't appreciate them calling me less than hours after I already explained the situation to the last person [redacted] the girl I was speaking with said well its not my problem but you did agree to the terms to pay on the firstWTF The first of January is a holidayand the second I was in the hospital and dealing with my newborn in the NICUShe was rude and inconsiderate I can not believe that there are people out there that are so inconsiderate of others and the situation of what they may be going through and consumed by moneydoesn't make sense Honestly the company did an okay jobThey painting job was a mess they painted over everything and did not fix any mishapsBut we didn't care because we were going to paint anyhow but its still not okay I honestly will not ever want to do business with this company again and the person they have dealing with the people may need to have a reality check because money isn't everything and sometimes people have real life experiences and can not just drop everything for you or your company
We can't say enough about how good this company is From our very first contact in November to today, our experience has been great Everyone we've spoken to in this company has been professional, knowledgeable, and considerate We had an almost complete loss due to a house fire Betterway performed all steps from removing and inventorying all our damaged contents, demolition and re-build EVERYONE there understood our emotional state and treated us with compassion They are professional in that they understand working with the bank and insurance companies They know it all We are grateful and very happy with our beautiful house
