I have called AAOC to request an up to date last billing statement which reflects the $payment by Land of Lincoln, my out of network policyI requested this on 7/13/I was promised an unaltered copyI had questioned why I was overcharged my co pay for procedures occurring on 3/21/and 4/15/The rep told me the overcharge was kept as a credit for meon my accountI argued that I overcharging my co pay to keep as a credit was fraudI had no plans to ever use their service again, so keeping my money as a credit was preposterousAfter I mentioned the word fraud, my calls have been unanswered , and I cannot get my last billing statement that reflects the payment of $by Land of Lincoln insurance They balanced billed me for outsourced anesthesia for procedures in so there is tension between the billing service and me
