Our company performs termite and pest control services and are often referred by the City of Perris Animal Control Department. The City provides free services for removal of domestic animals, however, they do not handle wildlife such as raccoons, possums, rodents, and insects, for example, bees,...

wasps, or spiders. In instances when the City is contacted by a homeowner in regards to a pest that is not under their scope of work, the customer may be referred to us. Unfortunately, the City does not inform the caller that we are a private, small business, and are not a free service, which oftentimes leads to disappointment and anger on the part of the homeowner. We have no record of performing any service for Mr. [redacted], the Complainant, and are unsure of the reason for his filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.  We must assume he called our office for assistance not provided by the local Animal Control office, and was upset when he was told there would be a fee for our services. We are happy to speak with Mr. [redacted] to resolve the issue. Per the notice we received from you on 9/2/16, it was indicated the Complainant did not wish to be contacted by our company, therefore, we have respected his wishes and have not reached out to him directly. We would, however, like to know with whom Mr. [redacted] spoke with so we can ensure these callers are handled with care by all of our office personnel.   Hopefully, this letter will give you the information you need to close this file and expunge this complaint from our records.
