horrible company with no in house employees only subcontractors who come in and complaint that ambush is screwing them on pay. these guys have a problem with the company and will not do right by it customers. they don't know what they are doing. 3 different guys came over 4 weeks and could not fix my alarm. they left mu store unprotected for a month. I finally Had to get another company and now they want to sue me for 4 years of payments. their contract automatically renews for 5 years and there is no easy way out. Jory just continues to lie to me and the guy in the office orlando is useless.

Review: Hello, I have been a customer of Ambush Alarm for some time now and it has come to my attention that they have failed to deliver a service according to our agreement that was installed over 10 years. The company was suppose to install an alarm contact in my bathroom window which was suppose to trigger the alarm when the alarm is set and window is opened. I had this inspected and they have placed a wireless contact to the window that was just a way to cheat without placing the receiver in the alarm. This way if the alarm is set and you open the window it will not trigger the alarm. I have been contacting them to fix this issue for years now and I am not getting a resolution. Every time they are postponing my calls and they are not resolving this issue. They have changed so many people that every time I call I have to explain my concern all over and no one takes care of this matter. I have been in contact with ** lately and he is saying that he wants to take care of this matter and also failed to do so. I have contacted them telling them that I want to cancel my service and they told me that I have to send them a registered letter. I have mailed them a registered letter to cancel my service and they are also ignoring this letter. Then ** is asking me why I want to cancel my service and I told him that I am being ignored by them for so many years and I just want out. Please help me in canceling my account with this company and ask them to come and remove the service from my home. I will pay them the balance and I just want to cancel my service.Desired Settlement: Cancel my service with this company.

I have been in contact with Mr [redacted]. We finally came to an understanding of what service was needed in his home. A GSM radio has been installed including other minor services. It's been over 2 weeks since we were allowed to service the system. I've personally been in touch with Mr [redacted] and he is very happy with the service & system we provided.
