Review: Their truck was going down a very busy 8 lane freeway traveling at 70 mph and dropping baseball size rocks every time it hit a bump. I was unable to change lanes or avoid the rocks, one of which almost went through my windshield. I took pictures of the truck which was missing 2 mud flaps, had bald tires and probably would not pass a safety inspection. I contacted the business about the issue and no response. A new windshield for my car is about $500 and they should take responsibility for this. I am sure I am not the only one having problems as their was other cars getting tagged with every bump in the road. I have also notified the traffic safety division of the Houston Police Department.Desired Settlement: fix my windshield and make your trucks safe for the roads they travel.

This letter is to inform you that Ambush Demolition, L.L.C. has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 11/11/2012 10:34:56 AM and assigned ID [redacted]. They quickly replaced my windshield at their expense.
