I just had to write a review since this company was so excellent Start to finish they were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and with competitive pricing We replaced our entire heat and air systems both upstairs and down and the guys at Freedom made the whole process smooth and almost enjoyable I felt very confident in their service and they couldn't have been nicer Their process was far superior to the four other companies who we had bid for the job A friend had a problem with her A.Cand used Freedom since I had a good experience She called to thank me and also had a glowing report of their honest, efficient, and courteous service She said they saved her a lot of money! I will definitely use them in the future I recommend them in the highest possible regard
My AC unit stopped workingMy husband was out of townI called Freedom late at night and they called back first thing in morningThey came out within mins of speaking to meThe repFixed the problem and showed me how to maintain unit for futureHe was clear speaking, knowledgeable and kindAwesome job!!! Trustworthy!
[redacted] and Terry are very professional. Quick to respond after an old water heater began to leak. Had it replaced the same day. No more cold water! I will only use Freedom Plumbing Heat and AC from now on!
