I entered theater with a group of around 10:for a movie that began 11:Ieft a voicemail around 8:letting them know we will be there and will need the kids packs madeI was standing for over hour waiting for the popcorn, understanding it was an extremely busy day when Yoshi (one of the workers) gave another group the popcorn that was meant for my groupAnd when I asked him why would he give away those popcorn a when I still had 50-kids waiting in the theater? He became irate and told me "chill out" after I been standing for so long and was extremely patient offering my help to take the kids packHe was extremely rude and I went to speak with Kevin the manager at the momentInstead Kevin told me "if I wanted him to go get the popcorn a back from the group?" And "what's done is done"I obviously stood in disbelief at his responseI come here every year at least 4-times in the year with the program which always has between 130-participants and it's completely unfair, embarrassing, and disrespectful to be spoken down to in this manner especially after my staff have been nothing but patient and helpful

I was standing for over 1 hour waiting for the popcorn, understanding it was an extremely busy day when Yoshi (one of the workers) gave another group the popcorn that was meant for my group. And when I asked him why would he give away those popcorn a when I still had 50-60 kids waiting in the theater? He became irate and told me "chill out" after I been standing for so long and was extremely patient offering my help to take the kids pack. He was extremely rude and I went to speak with Kevin the manager at the moment. Instead Kevin told me "if I wanted him to go get the popcorn a back from the group?" And "what's done is done".
