Review: This movie theaters have problem with Closed Captions for Deaf to read the subtitle since it is under American with Disabilities Act. Anyway, they have been issues with my Closed captions and they suggested me to call customer service about this. I called and file a complain. This specialist name [redacted] has been help me out with this that I should call few movie theaters to confirm if it is work. So I agreed with her and I called few and [redacted] confirmed that the CC is working. I asked them "Did they walk in theater and check it out?" They said they did and I come in with my friend and I watch the movie I wanted. I was shocked it is not working, I don't appreciate that the workers in the theater not telling me the truth. I called [redacted] again and she tell me to find another movie theater, and I did and I went to another one and its working perfectly but it is pretty far from my home. I want the movie in [redacted], NJ because it is near my home. Honest with you, [redacted] been avoid me because she don't want to help me with the issue. I called [redacted] again for their confirmed me. They yelled at me to STOP CALL THEM EVEN AGAIN! I was like whats going on? [redacted] told me to call them every time to confirm it. I don't see AMC show a lot of effort and a lot of wasteful trip. I emailed [redacted] about this situation and she haven't respond my email back YET. It has been near two weeks. FYI - I have been in this problem since July to Aug 2013 and they don't show a lot of efforts! I never been in this so BAD experiences and DISRESPECT me with my disabilities.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if I getting a lot free admission tickets or other better offer since I have so many bad experiences in there and disrespect workers to yell at me like that on the phone.



Our theater and guest service team made contact with [redacted] by email and by phone to apologize for any problems that he experienced. Compensation was provided.

We did experience problems with our Captiview system, but it was fixed and has been working correctly for several weeks.

I am rejecting this response because: this is not the point. My point is the people in service DISRESPECT me. When I call them or email them and they didn't make any single respond from them for about four months. They trying to sweep the problem under the rug until the day they emailed me that the CaptiView is work. Which that make it look like the problems has not exist. I don't like that. They still responsible for the problems. Also, the people at guest service are SO rude! They even let people work there and don't want to do anything to make provide some equal access for my need. Last thing, the message they sent was not enough. They trying to push me away and don't want to do anything. It really hurt me so much.
