I had a very rude and unappropriate respond from a manager at AMC Neshaminy theatre in Bensalem, PA on July 27th at 11pmI am a loyal customer of AMC movie theatres, since they were open and never experienced such a rude and unprofessional behavior from any employees nor managers in this company!! I was purchasing tickets on my AMC account, when their website got interrupteds somehow and I just walked in, since I was near the theatre, to purchase the tickets for [redacted]  movie at 11pmWhen I asked what happened with my purchase and can I purchase it in person, since tbeir website got crashed on me and I drove min to their movie theatre to watch that movie with my friends, she answered me with a very strong attitude and arrogance, that I am too late to enter or purchase tickets!
