Review: I contacted this company about a concern. The company has failed to respond to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a response on the email inquiry.
Review: When the fifth season of breaking bad began to air, I decided to purchase the season pass, which allows the user to download and/or stream the entire season of a television show. Since the season first began to air, they stated very clearly, that there would be sixteen episodes in season five, and to this day they remain consistent in stating that the new episodes are part of the fifth season. Before I bought the season, I wanted more information, however the people I spoke with at Microsoft, were extremely vague, and could not furnish many details of the season pass, and they referred me to AMC. When they did this I read through the details of the product, and found them to pertain to the entire fifth season. future and past episodes of season five. However, when AMC began to air the "second half of season five", I was left to wonder why my subscription was not updating with the new episodes. I went looking for answers on the microsoft website. The microsoft website refers to the final eight episodes of season five, as the sixth season. The AMC website still continues to refer to the new episodes as, Season five episodes. I looked on itunes, they refer to the final eight episodes as "The Final Season". This is not the case since, AMC continually refers to the fifth season as "The Final Season". My complaint is this: The company of AMC Entertainment, intentionally mislead their customers to believe that season five was the final season, however at the same time split up the season to further profit from something that was clearly referred to the customer as a single season. They did this to get double the money from the same sale.Desired Settlement: I want the remaining eight episodes, as I originally expected. The misleading ways that AMC will try to make more money, is not moral. They should be aware that their customers do not like to be lied to.I want my full season pass, and I want it transferred to a "itunes", as my preferred service provider.
