We made the tops with the industry standards, we just follow the manufacturer (***) template, they do not give different cut out option like other sink manufacturers, the customer had something in mind that never communicate, at the time of measure she wasn't on site and the gentleman that
was there, was advised that we will follow the template that was on the box, and he agreed with that, and no more commentsthe customer is asking for a substantial money compensation and will keep the counter-tops, and that is not going to solve the problem

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First off, when I went to ***'s and purchased the counter top and sink, and you look at EVERY SINGLE display on their floor, they all show the sink with the flush mount OBVIOUSLY I thought that is what I was being given To come to my house and install something differently is NOT acceptable The entire ***'s store agree's and quite frankly, so does AMC's installer I spoke to him personally and totally understands where I am coming from I don't care what any template states, if you have a display of something that is what you should receive PERIOD! This company has been impossible to deal with Second, I have asked for compensation because of the simple fact that they are not accomodating I ordered my granite almost weeks ago EVERYONE knew I have my wedding at my home on July 8th I have been fighting with them for weeks about this and wanting the granite replaced The owner of the company wouldn't return emails or calls from ***s regarding this until yesterdayironically the day after I filed the Revdex.com I also have my backsplash being installed on Monday the 27th and have had that appointment for weeks now These people finally said they would do new granite but want to install it on the 6th of July Seriously?? days before my wedding? Then when would my backsplash be installed considering I have been on their books for weeks So, I had no other option but to ask for monetary compensation I pitty anyone at that company if they are trying to play the event of your life, A WEDDING, and have to deal with a company such as theirs Maybe if the owner would have replied or called ***s back, I would be getting new granite rather than money All I can say is that I am not getting what I want which is a kitchen that doesn't look like st!!! But one that looks like the "***'s kitchen displays" Ironically, I purchased this exact granite, sink & faucet from ***'s for another house I own and it looks beautiful! Ironically, Halquist was who did the job and why ***'s got rid of them is beyond me This company stinks I talked to Halquist also being they did my other job and they work on the fact that however it shows in the store is what people expect in their homes It would be like seeing wallpaper at a wallpaper store that has red hearts on it and ordering it to find that what you are receiving is blue hearts
