Paid for an appraisal 5/5/16, appraiser showed up a week late then never actually did the appraisal. Lost the house we were purchasing over it. Filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Terrible service, cannot believe they are in business. If your lender uses them, find a new lender. Very unprofessional and worthless.
Madelyn J[redacted], Punta Gorda fl. We paid for an appraisal on Jan 3 2016. For a reverse mortgage. We have been given the roun around and have yet been able to give the lender the appraisal. Nothing but we can't talk to you, as if I was trying to influence values. When in fact we just need it accomplished. Received no service for the 495 dollars spent.
