AMC Theaters - Tysons

To whom it may concern,I had received a Revdex.com report concerning a poor experience at our AMC Tysons Corner location in Mclean, Virginia. After reviewing the report with the General Manager at the location we created an action plan towards resolving and mitigating the guest's concerns. I
then reached out the the guest who filed the report and informed them that I refunded both their convenience fees and their concession purchase that they didn't initially get.
