Had THE WORST experience at your Lakewood 12 AMC theater today!!! It was with Jared. I had complained about him and couple other girls last month ( all three of them were talking behind the concessions counter as I stood by myself in line just waiting for them to say they'd help me, but nothing. Completely ignored me. I had to say something and complain back then). So today I ordered 3 pizzas and not one was sliced! That jerk was the one who served it to us, knowing it was me that ordered. As my kids and I start to eat them in the dark theater and with them not being sliced, we were burning our hands and fingers on the hot sauce, melted cheese and hot crust. I thought it was just one that wasn't sliced, but all 3 of them? I was mad. I went out to talk to the supervisor. Told him. He called the GM and as I waited for him to come out I walked up to Jared and told him what happened. And then he says sorry but with a grin on his face! I called him on his sarcasm and he proceeded to ask if I want to talk to a supervisor. I then tell him the GM is coming out he then with laughter says "Oh yeah?!?" I was In DISBELIEF! His tone was as if he was saying “What the hell is the GM going to do?”. Not remembering his name at that time I asked him his name and he said "you got my name the last time"! THAT RIGHT THERE tells me he's retaliating and deliberately served our pizzas that way. I told him his choices burned my kid's hands. ???????? Steven the GM came out and I told him all that happened. He was very apologetic and was willing to take care of our pizzas. I told him to do what ever he wants because it was just ridiculous that that happened. I broke down in tears and I went back in to the theater. Steven came in and found me. Brought me a cash refund and 3 pizzas. I took my refund and refused the food. Not that I don’t appreciate Steven and his efforts but this needs to be brought to corporate’s attention. My family and frequent this AMC location. And I mean FREQUENT! I have called the 800 number and left a message there as well. I will soon be reporting this to the Revdex.com.
I am expecting someone to contact me regarding how this will be addressed. Jared needs to me terminated!
I would like AMC’s corporate office to contact me regarding my experience so they can tell me how they are going to remedy this. It seems as though this employee does not care for his job nor does he care about the repercussions of his actions with his higher ups. As mentioned in my original complaint he completely disregarded the fact that his General Manger was on his way out. Either he has zero respect for his GM or the whole AMC Lakewood team work close enough to where employees like Jared know they can get away with doing things like this because no matter what, his management has his back. For this employee to be in customer service and work with the public this puts EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER at risk at the expense of the company. AMC needs to do some investigating. Maybe their whole team of employees including management needs to be replaced.

The issue with our associate was addressed and service breakdowns reviewedwith theatre team to ensure that we learn from the experience as well avoid making this type of mistakeagain. crappy service for your amc orchard 12 in Colorado. wont accept my master card because of the back ground picture, theaters are always dirty as well the movies never start at the correct time. when brought to mangers attention they just sigh and roll eyes and then 15-20 mins later it starts.
