My experiences with AMCwere very fruitful and positive Everything in the contract/proposal was performed as written The crew was very prompt and knowledgeable of the job They also followed up with me after the job to ensure my satisfaction

I took over the Treasurers position for a fraternal organization and they have their accounts with CES Since working with these people at CES I've had nothing but problems never experienced with *** *** or *** *** Their policies and procedures, at least at the Chestnut office, are archaine if not *** to say the least The list is too long for me to elaborate but I see others with the same problems, including my wife who has an account there As she says, it's not a good place to do business They are definitely not user friendly or customer centered It's all about them without the service I've never done this before so can perhaps tell my level of frustration with them Even their statements are not complete or user friendly for book keeping purposes

My experience with this company has been negative. They misrepresented there service from the start and as the project continued their poor, business practice ethics were exposed. I have a trail of emails from the Project Manager, the President of the company and assistant. When the contract stated to be paid in full upon completion of job we agreed to it. The PM asked to be paid before the job was done. Big RED FLAG. They agreed to produce warranties for the job upon payment. They did not do it. For 3 weeks now I have been asking for warranties and get them only as I continue to ask. . I asked for the Serial No. for the product they put under my crawlspace and they did not give it to me. I personally contacted the manufacturer of the product and they told me it was easy AMC911 to get the Serial No. from where AMC911 purchased the product. The manufacturer recommended I contact the Revdex.com.. I told AMC911 that I would contact the Revdex.com and I got a phone call this morning from them. Is this the only way they will take care of what should have been done 3 weeks ago by giving me the serial no. to a product they installed and all warranties? I highly warn anyone to use this company. I could write so much more. I do care about people and would not want you to experience this hardship unnecessarily. Unethical businesses like this usually go out of business. They can say they do a wonderful job, but is what you do that counts! In the phone call I received today the assistant stated that if I did not have the Serial No. to the product I would not have a warranty on it. She recommended a technician come and get the serial number off the unit. I told her no. I decided to call the manufacturer again myself and guess what. I have the Serial No. to my unit and have the warranty I deserve. AMC911 will not come to my home again and I do not care about all the warranties I had to ask for from them. If they did not want to produce the warranties from the beginning as promised how could I actually believe they will fulfill any of them.

This review is based solely upon the initial contact and quote for work, as I never received any call back from their company after asking for a revised quote to discuss the particulars of work to be performed, I can only judge their company based off the interaction with the individual who met me on scene....Their company history is well documented, and it seems the quality of their work is high, I have little doubt that this is true, but if a potential customer with a potential [redacted] job is essentially waived off....that's not good business. I can only hope this was a serious lapse in judgement on the part of the individual (Mr. [redacted]) who gave me the initial quote for work. I emailed him roughly one day after the initial quote was given to me with a list of follow on questions and asked for the quote to be revised, I waited five businesses days with no response. That following Monday, I called him to see if he had received my email, he said yes and would get back to me by the end of that day. No response after that. Again, I'd like to give AMC the benefit of the doubt here, but the job meant too much to me to wait on a staff member who simply allowed a multi thousand dollar job to be forgotten about. It speaks volumes of one's company to see something like that happen. The job needed to get done, and I simply could not entrust the particulars to AMC given this lack of follow through. Hopefully the owner reads this and takes appropriate action. As a fellow local small business owner, if I had a sales person who made such a drastic lack of judgement, there had better be a pretty friggin good reason why, and either way they very well might be fired the following day.
