Christofilakos claiming to be the boss, well I got news for her he is the boss.
And yes we can not stop anyone from going to another company. We don't deal that way even if they have a signed contract. This is a free country last time I checked and we all do the best we can for ourselves. We did not force her to accept our bid. It was just a bid take it or leave. And yes her attitude was not the best, so Harold responded the same way.
We have been in business for 50 years we must be doing something right. We have had complaints and she is one of them, but we can't make everyone happy. Especially if the are not happy people to begin with. Please tell this lady we will never contact her again and in the long run it's best we didn't do any work for a person like her.

I called numerous times asking for an ESTIMATE date, I never requested an exact. I had plans for my daughter's birthday party and needed to make sure the days did not fall together. I was told I would receive a call back from someone with an answer. My fourth call is when I supposedly spoke to Harold. A good business owner solves problems, not make them worse. Since the phone call, I have spoken with others who have had similar treatment, or have been lied to about how long a job would take. Reporting this company IS satisfying; Springfield should know who they are dealing with. Therefore, consider this communication over.
