After speaking with the [redacted] it was agreed the company would replace the diamond. I received my ring last Friday as stated. The ring was the same quality as previously purchased. Review: My fiancé purchased a bridal set from [redacted], fulfilled by Amcor, over a week ago. He paid for expedited shipping in order to have the set arrive by Thursday, May [redacted] so that he could surprise me with a proposal on Friday, May [redacted]. The item never arrived and he received zero communication from [redacted] or Amcor regarding the matter. All attempts to contact Amcor via every telephone number and email address that could be found online resulted in no response. Their additional "complaint email address" supposedly ran by [redacted] came back as an undeliverable email address multiple times. He would never have known what happened if he hadn’t contacted [redacted] who told him the item was not delivered because it never shipped. Amcor DID NOT SEND IT. They did not communicate ANYTHING. A week later, Amcor decided to send the item and [redacted] has tried to deliver. We DO NOT want this item any longer as the whole purpose was to arrive in time for a proposal. A different ring has been purchased elsewhere and all attempts to receive a refund have been ignored. There is no customer service to speak of. They have absolutely NO way to contact ANYBODY. The "online inquiry" form doesn't even give an option for filing a complaint. This is fraudulent and needs to be corrected IMMEDIATELY.Desired Settlement: FULL refund for the entire amount.

Review: I had ordered a diamond half-eternity ring from Amcor online on January *, 2014. Upon receiving the ring, it did not fit well with my wedding band, and I decided to return it for a refund. Amcor's website states the following under their return policy: "At Amcor Design, we stand behind our jewelry 100 percent. Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our 30 days unconditional return policy."I had called in to obtain an authorization number for the return, however, nobody picked up the phone on several occasions. From that point on, I used e-mail, so all communication is documented. On January [redacted], I sent an e-mail requesting an authorization number. Amcor promptly responded the next day, January [redacted], with the number. The ring was shipped out by [redacted] on January [redacted]. I sent Amcor a follow up e-mail to let them know that the ring would be back to them the following day, January [redacted], and included the tracking number. Amcor responded with a thank you that very same day. From that point on, communication completely deteriorated to the point where Amcor is no longer returning any of my e-mails. The first e-mail I sent was on January [redacted] to follow up, as I had not received a follow up e-mail confirming delivery, nor a refund back to my credit card, and I was beginning to get concerned. [redacted] indicated that the package had been delivered on January [redacted], and signed for by [redacted] (which I assume is [redacted]). Amcor replied "Hi [redacted], yes we have receive your item, we have been closed for the last two days, the credit should be reflected to your account within 72 hours."So I waited, and still received nothing. I wrote Amcor another e-mail on February [redacted], requesting a refund status. They did not write back. I wrote a third e-mail to Amcor on February [redacted], which was ignored as well. So, it seems now that I am out a ring, as well as the full payment.Desired Settlement: All I would like is for Amcor to follow through with their guarantees. I returned the ring in perfect, original condition several days after receiving it, in the original packaging and with all of the original documentation. I followed through on my end of the agreement, and now I'm out of a ring AND $700. It is extremely disappointing to be in this situation.

Review: I purchased an engagement ring from Amcor Designs, Inc on 08/**/2014 and it was received approximately a week later. A couple weeks after receiving the ring the center stone fell out the ring. After repeated attempts to contact the seller, I was instructed to return the ring and shipment would be refunded. I shipped the ring priority 2 day which was scheduled for delivery on 09/**/2014. On 09/**/2014 at approximately 1136am I contacted the company via email and stated to them that per the [redacted] tracking my package had arrived to them on 09/**/2014. A company rep by the name of [redacted] stated by email "we will ship back the item within 24 hours" Approximately 7 days elapsed when I contacted [redacted] again by email because they never answer the phone. At which time I asked him to explain why I was told 24 hours and its been 7 days. [redacted] then stated they had not received my item and asked for a tracking number. While I searched for the original receipt from the post office I heard nothing back from the company, once I found the receipt I located the label number and tracked the package. I discovered that several attempts at delivery had been made by the postal service by Amcor Designs never responded. Subsequently the package was returned to sender on October **, 2014. Once I realized this I contacted the company again to file a complaint [redacted] reiterated that the package was returned but he failed to apologize for the inconvenience this has cost me. oDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase price plus the shipping fees associated with the overnight deliveries

Response:

[redacted] purchased a wedding set in 2012 with a .45ct diamond center stone.

After two years [redacted] requests to return the wedding set for a refund.

3 weeks after telling [redacted] that he could not return the wedding set, he purchases the exact same wedding set from our website. We thought this was quite peculiar since he has asked to return the first set which was identical to the one he recently purchased. Approximately 6 weeks after receiving the second set, he contacted us by email and stated that the set was defective and that the center stone had fallen out and was lost. I asked him to return it so we could examine it. I also offered to sell him a new center stone at cost pending my inspection.

We have a strict quality control process in our factory. Each item is inspected at least 2-3 times before shipping to customers. This item was a 6 prong mount which is a very secure setting. When the set left our premises the diamond center stone was secure according to our inspection. A stone would not become loose and fall out under normal wearing circumstances. We cannot be responsible for a stone lost 6 weeks after a customer receives it.

At this point we can do either of the following:

Sell [redacted] a new diamond of a similar shape size and quality to the original at my wholesale cost.

We can accept the new set back and refund the retail price of the set minus the cost of the center diamond, even though it is well past the 30 day return period.
