AMCS Group

We have a contract with this company that they are not fulfilling and they are not providing the service that we pay for.
We have had 2 years of issues that have yet to be fixed, but an ongoing problem for over 3 years that relates to all of the same issues. They no longer answer their phones, only respond to email and that is sketchy in response time. By the time we finally have phone contact w/them, more issues have occurred. Their "technical staff" is unknowledgeable in the system and have to contact a programmer which adds days before they respond. To this day issues from 2 years ago have not been corrected and we continue to have added issues each and every time they do an upgrade to our system. We are currently paying $8600 a year for maintenance which we are not receiving. We are fed up w/the lack of response from them and want immediate attention. We have requested numerous times to speak to a supervisor or manager but they do not have the courtesy to speak w/us or even return a phone call. After all efforts have been exhausted to speak to a human being, we are reaching out to the Revdex.com for help. As a consumer and a small business, we feel we are being treated poorly and feel the AMCS Group is not providing the service I have contracted and paying for. The AMCS Group does not hesitate to shut our service off if we refuse to pay the maintenance fee to them for service they have yet to fulfill. (ie over 3 years of issues they haven't fixed) WHERE ARE OUR RIGHTS AND WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR SOMETHING WE ARE NOT RECEIVING. Even when they were the previous Desert Micro, we still were having issues. Back then we would be assigned a customer rep that we could contact with any issues and they would be in contact with us via the phones. At the beginning of when our first issues arose, the IT tech at that time, told us our system was completely screwed up and needed a LOT of help. Shortly after being told this, he left the company. We have brought this issue up to every tech we have talked to and they dismiss us and will not check into it. PLEASE HELP US.
