Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response that was given by the owner of AMD is ABSOLUTELY FALSE! I was in contact with [redacted] (salesperson who advertised the car via offer up) by both text messages and phone calls to him, of which I have saved on my phoneHe is the one who was driving the car up until the day I purchased itAnd I made him aware of the problems that I had with the car starting the very next day after the purchase was completedAnd he kept on insistinfg it was just"probably something minor like a fuse or something"Those were his exact wordsHe eventually stopped responding to my texts and phone callsAnd additionally my father called AMD and spoke to the owner and let him know of the car's issues and he also went back to their office and spoke to the owner in person and again was told I am sorry but it is sold as is and has no warranty and was not willing to work with us in any type of way in regards to the repairs that we were making to get this car into good running conditionAnd as for us having a mechanic with us checking out the car, that is a LIE! We NEVER had a mechanic THIS IS JUST ANOTHER ACCUSATION! I can not believe the amount of straight up lies that these people are sayingI will fight this until the very end because it is shady business owners like these that make it hard for the the rest of the honest ones Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:The response that was given by the owner of AMD is ABSOLUTELY FALSE! He is the one who was driving the car up until the day I purchased it. And I made him aware of the problems that I had with the car starting  the very next day after the purchase was completed.
