Review: On 2/25/14 I came into store looking for a Hemi-walker for my patient the guy who was working at the time I believe his name in "[redacted] " he asked if I needed help I told him what I was looking for he said they don't carry them but could order one. I told him I would like to look around a little bit I asked for some information on some other walking devices they sold there specifically a device called a folding cane sling seat it's made very similar to a side walker after talking with him I explained that I wasn't sure if my patient could use it and that I would have to have her try it first so maybe I would wait. The employee then told me if I wanted to get it so I could show it to her and it wasn't something she could use that I could bring it back. He never once said there was a no return policy of any kind I feel that he should always discuss that policy with all customers regardless of it being printed on the back of the receipt. I now have a Device that my patient can't use and she's out 45.00!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund the item still has all tags on it. It has never been used or touched by patient at all!!!

Review: We were unable to return a rented wheelchair because they closed their offices early. Another individual had also been waiting and could not conduct business. When I called to make certain they only charged for the 1 day, the manager was rude and told me it was my problem I didn't return it. I could not return it because he was closed during his normal, posted business hours. His handling of the matter when I called him was completely unprofessional and rude.Desired Settlement: Refund of the additional 2 days for the rental of the wheelchair.

Review: I was sold a defective mobility scooter and at the time of sale issued a warranty. The retailer is refusing to accept any responsibility and will not give me an exchange or a refund. The scooter does not maintain power and I have been stranded with it several times. I contacted the manufacturer and was supplied with a new battery under the belief that the original one was defective. This proved not to be the case. I had the scooter diagnosed by another retailer who informs me that the product is defective. So far this "new scooter" has cost me an additional $100 and it still doesn't work. No one can help me, not the manufacturer because he lacks the cooperation of the retailer. The retailer refuses any responsibility or involvement. The manufacturer states that the retailer is "unreasonable", but their hands are tied. This is an outrage to me and I am at the end of my rope trying to resolve this issue. I need my scooter and I do not have the funds to out and out buy another one. I need help with this issue!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be fully refunded for my investment so that I can purchase another scooter from a more reliable business.
