The seat warmer is not keeping the seat warm. It warms up slowly when someone is sitting on it, but not before they do. What can I do to fix it?

bought a remote from Amazon, did not lasted for 3 months. Try to reach Intelliseat tech support, not where one can find their number.

Spoke to customer and determined a course of action to satisfy issue. We will follow up with customer once part is received to make sure that it is resolved to their expectations.

directly by AMDM, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I had two brief responses from AMDM finally. On December * i finally herd from AMDM with the suggestion to remove the seat and go back to a standard toilet seat. That was unacceptable to me as we like the self cleaning feature of the seat.After my response, I now had a second message on December ** as follows: Have you manually pulled out the nozzle to clean it with a brush?  Have you completely drained the water tank?It is possible that you system is staying in the self cleaning cycle longer. Please advise where and when you purchased the unit?  Also, please attach your original purchase receipt for review.  Thank you and look forward to your response.I had done the simple tasks but the unit keep leaking. I also has faxed the purchasing information a couple of months ago. Requesting it again is a stall tactik by AMDM that has virtually no service department or so many complaints that they cannot handle them.

I purchased their Intelliseat which is a heated toilet seat from Costco. My remote control no longer works and also the plastic bolt is broken. I was checking their website and no longer is working. I am hoping to get a response from this website on where can I get the replacement plastic bolt and the remote control. Need a contact information for customer service.

Review: We bought IntelliSeat about one year ago and the remote control was not working now.

It started with water temp control doesn't work, then the cleaning cycle would trigger all on its own at various times of the day and night. Soon later all the control don't work. I emailed the customer service about the issue. 10 days later, they replied back and asked me to pay $25 for the remote replacement. [redacted] searches and [redacted] reviews indicated this is a common issue of the product. I am not sure a new remote control will fix the issue or not. I think I should not pay for remote replacement. I asked them for a free new remote control. But I did not receive any responses from them so far (another 10 days).Desired Settlement: I want free remote replacement. If it is still not working with new remote control, I want a full refund.

Review: The product was purchased in December of 2013 and the warranty has been registered. The product is defective and only works intermittently. This includes the seat and remote. I have made several attempts to contact AMDM, LLC since 6/**/14, but I have not heard back as of today, 8/*/14. I have left several voicemails on their hotline, as they do not answer their phones, but I have not received a call back. I have also emailed them several times, with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full replacement unit at no cost to me, or full refund for the product.

Review: I bought three AMDM Intelliseats that we like very much.

One of the seats is now leaking after use from both sides of the nozzle. I had to shut the water off.

I called AMM at ###-###-#### twice and two more times with a message left.

I then faxed them at ###-###-#### a copy of my warranty registration and issue

I faxed them a second time.

I have not gotten a response and am concerned that AMDM is out of business even though they keep advertising their Intelliseat online for $499.Desired Settlement: AMDM manual states as resolution for water leakage to contact the service department which I have done unsuccessfully for the past two weeks.

Get a working unit that does not leak and be assured if the other two units fail, to have a way to get them fixed rather than discarding them.

Review: I bought two intelliseat toilet seat one year ago. Now one of the remote control is not working. the seat cannot work without the remote control. I contact the AMDM conpany and they said if it's more than one year, no warranty. I need to pay. So I paid in [redacted],Aug. this year. Now I'm still waiting. They just emailed me they will mail to me. But It never happens. now it's one month, I still don't have it delivered. Review: I purchased their Intelliseat which is a heated toilet seat for my disabled sister who is unable to wash herself. The item stopped working shortly after purchasing it. I contacted ADAM LLC several time over several months and they refused to assist me. Often not returning calls or emails, while the product was still under their 1 year warranty. Initially they refused to assist sating they do not assist people who bought the item through [redacted] online and I would have to show them the original Receipt. I managed to get a hold of the original receipt after doing this they refused to replace the toilet seat even though I provided everything they requested making me jump through hoops it was still not enough.Desired Settlement: Replacement of Toilet seat under their specified 1 year warranty , honor their commitment to their customers.
