Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:It wasn't until we filled a complaint with Revdex.com that the money was returned. None the less the money was finally returnedFor future don't leave dealer plates on a car that you soldLegally you sold a car with dealer plates, this was your error due to lack of professional practicesNothing was ever stolen. Also when you work hours away from a dealership in addition to have a career, its difficult to make the time to help a dealer fix his own mistakes. Your employee also told us on at least separate occasions that he "mailed us a check" which he never didIt is clear that this is a scam you try and pull with customersIt wasn't even about the money as much as holding you accountable for bad business practices. This customer was driving illegally with my dealership platesI repeatedly asked him to return them and they did not$of their deposit was withheld due to them having my platesAfter I threatened to report the plates stolen it took a week and a few days before they came back and returned
themAfter they returned the plates, we gave them their $and have a signed receipt for that money from 4/11/
