Review: On March 13,2013 I went to Amechi fence with a drawing and measurements from another person to purchase a fence. I ordered and put a deposit of 250 dollars down at that point. I said I was going to go right then and there and apply for a permit. They said to call them when I got the permit. I asked at that point what would happen to my deposit if I was denied a permit, they said my deposit would be refunded. I read all my paper work and I still have it, none of it says that I could not get my deposit back. That very day I went and applied for the permit. The next week while waiting to hear about permit I lost my job. I went directly to amechi fence and said that I would have to cancel the fence order. They informed me that I could notget my deposit back, but I could cancel the order, which I did. That very day when I got the mail I was denied a permit. I called them and told them and they said I still could not get my money back. they said was already made for me and that If they could sell it they would send me the money. I asked them to at least give me 250 dollars worth of fencing and they said no. Its been since march and I have not heard from them about the sale of the fence. Would like to know if you could help.Desired Settlement: Would love to have my money back first and formost but would gladly take 250 dollars worth of fencing. I feel as though I just gave a very thriving business 250 dollars for nothing. they did not even come and measure for the fence.
