Ameco Solar is refusing to honor the warranty the sold me
Ameco Solar installed my system years ago (Summer of 2013) Anything can break, so one of the key factors for me was they provided in a contract a warranty of years on the panels and years for all other components As with most modern solar system, they sold me a "power manager" to be able to monitor the production of each panel individually via an internet connection The internet connection and monitoring failed months ago, and now the entire power manager has failed
The current status of my system is that my power manager has completely failed Ameco's employees stopped by and confirmed that Meaning, I have no ability to monitor my panels individually or system as a whole I don't know if one panel has failed, or all of the panels are failing, and I have no idea how much power my system is producing (if any)
