Amedisys HHC of Spring Hill TN will not provide safe, adequate, and professional assessment evaluation and followup with your loved one as they promise with case manager intake before admission to this agency. If you are from out of state, do not use this agency. They will not coordinate with any physician out of the Nashville area and of course they will not tell you this, but leave you hanging till you just leave. Save the life of your loved one and go elsewhere and be sure the one chosen is one with whom will work with your PCP.

Review: I received a bill totaling $120.00 for services provided in April 2013. I paid by credit in full in May (by phone). In August I was billed again for the same service. It was the same claim number. I called them and was told by Kendra on 8-30-13 that they did indeed receive my payment and I had no outstanding balance. Now on Sept. 27 I received another identical bill. It has the same service period and the same claim number etc. This is harassment. I shouldn't have to call them every month to straighten out their billing errors.Desired Settlement: Have this company fix my account once and forever.
