When I purchased my home there were damages to it and I was told all damaged would be repaired in a timely manner. Also the warranty stated the repairs were to be done in one year. There man responsible for the repairs and replacement of damages came out twice and went over the home with me and he assured me all would be repaired or replaced. Months would go by and I would call or text him (***) and he would put me off by saying he was waiting on parts. Finally when the year was almost up I contacted him and asked when he was going to finish the work. I got no response. I messaged him and called him several times with no response. I have proof of this. I then called the place where I bought the home and they *** stated that they weren't aware the damages had not been fixed already. I ask for the owner of the company and Ben gives me another number for ***. I get his answering machine. I can tell by then that I am being blown off. All of this was before the year was up. I then contact the manufacturer of my home and they say they will look into it. They wanted pictures of the damages too. I send this to *** Homes where my home was built in Alabama. First they say my warranty was up but then I explained the runaround and that they had plenty of time to fix my stuff. I have not heard back from any of them. I am a single female veteran who lives alone. I am 56 years old and I bought my home because it was supposed to donate money to the Patriot fund. I am living in a home with cuts in the floors, fungus growing in the window panes due to moisture because the windows were installed wet. My storm door is broken and there's cracks in the walls. I have nowhere else to turn! Please help.

The manufactured arm of the Missouri Public Service Commission regulates the mobile home industry in Missouri. *** is the director. Our service manager, ***, discussed the claimant's issues with Justin in September of 2017. *** explained that we had completed all service issues for her at that time. Justin visited the customer at her site at that time and released Amega Mobile Home Sales, Inc. from any further responsibilities. Our file was then closed.

If we need to reopen our file and send service people again, please have her to contact us as soon as possible.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:
They are making false statements and I can prove it. I have all text messages of my conversations with *** who was in charge of getting the damages repaired. The blue tape he gave me to mark the damaged spotsa the last time he was at my house is still on the places that need repair. I have pictures of all the damages with dates taken. Many times I would call or text and *** was either on vacation or he said he was waiting on parts or he made excuses telling me it was hard to get "his" men out to my house because they were busy in other places. He had plenty of time to fix the damages to the house. I also have witnesses who have come and seen the damages. I have two floor to ceiling windows that look like I'm looking through a microscope when I try to look out of them. They were not sealed properly and moisture caused the gray spots from what I was told by a contractor! I asked *** about the spots in the window on the first day we went through the house and he said nothing. I say again, *** did not complete his job in regards to the damages to my home. I have been patient and civil about the whole thing but this fraud and deceit has gone on long enough. I have been treated disrespectfully by *** and the man Ben who sold me the home who promised me the home damage s would be repaired!

Sincerely

I just received your email! How do I send texts and such to you? I am not computer savvy! This email is so small that even with glasses I can bearly read it. I need instructions please.

This is one of the windows that has spots on the inner part of the glass due to not being sealed properly when installed. This looks out my back door. *** never commented when I showed it to him.

Copy of texts I have sent:

*** I hate to complain but it would be nice to have my sliding screen door replaced and put in and the storm door put in correctly in the front. As for the other stuff, I am patiently waiting. Also I'm noticing a pattern on the "cheap" flooring. Whomever was building the home or working in it after it was put in place, gouged holes and cuts throughout the house.
Morning ***, this is ***. I'm ready for the bottom of my Patriot to be blocked and the pipes wrapped and the heat tape put on and all the finishing touches done. Thank you for the steps. They have been a blessing while moving.

They blocked but I hope they are coming back to finish. There is about a 6 inch gap between the brick and the house. Also they left a lot of broken bricks laying around and trash. I know they had to move the steps but they could have put them back the way they were put in. I almost fell once I got to the top step because they didn't support them. I'm old and fat and that would hurt. LolI'm off for the next two weeks to finish up every thing

I guess nothing got figured out so I'll have to wait until after this holiday. I would like for the outside to be completed so I can see about getting a deck. The stairs are not safe. I also noticed that the siding was done with a lot of spare pieces on the side and back.

Hey this is *** can we meet tomorrow around elven clock ?

I need to finish my front deck. Waiting on someone to come complete the outside and repair the inside stuff.

Ok I'm not at work but I will forward to my email and setup service soon

I haven't forgotten you but this short week screwed my schedule up with some guys still on vacation

The *** manufacturers in Alabama called me yesterday and they keep sending me letters asking me to give them a 10 on a survey. Lol I intend on telling them that this will not happen. They will be lucky to get a 2. Now I understand why everything was just thrown together halfass and the quality of materials were so cheap. It came out of Alabama. The work ethic isn't very high there. BTW Alabama is My hometown. Down there my "trailer" would be considered upper class. Lol if the flooring was in when it was shipped to Columbia, that means all the gouges in it could have been done down there by some knucklehead wearing cleats or something while working on the sheetrock or painting. As for the granite countertop, I'll be sure to let them know. Anyway I appreciate you keeping me posted. *** came by and brought me a cat and she reminded me to stay on you about things. Ha.

I will try to do my part thanks

Haven't heard from you in awhile. This is *** in Meta. So far my pipes have not frozen up. I closed the vents and keep water running. Nobody ever returned to finish storm door and all the other things still needing done. The guy who was here gave me tape to put by the places needing repair. I'd like everything done by spring. I thought it all should have been done by now. I don't know what has to be done to fix that big cut on my floor by the front door but I paid to much for the place just to have it patched. There are a lot of gouges in the flooring throughout the house that should not be there either. *** should take the bite on that at the manufacturers plant. Anyway I'm just touching base with you and *** reminded me to stay on you. Lol

Can't talk. I am going to contact *** about the granite and flooring because I will not be happy with damaged, re-paired stuff That will eventually break again. I bought a new home not a damaged discount home.

I totally understand my job is to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts in hopes that they will give them to me

Hey ***, this is ***. When spring finally arrives I hope that the rest of the damages to my house can be fixed. There is a crack in the wall in the spare bathroom by the window now. I don't even use that bathroom and noticed it recently. I hope you got the parts to my storm door cause I hate it flapping against the house. I was reading the companies guarantee about repairing damages and it specifically mentioned the flooring being inspected for gouges and damage and being replaced if there is any. I've lived with it for almost a year and until it's replaced I won't be content since I paid for a new home, not a used or damaged one. Lastly, my shower continues to crack in the same spot that was "professionally" repaired along with the other corners and the plastic that was left underneath my bathtub area to flap in the wind real loud and keep me up at night , needs to be removed and replaced with whatever goes there. When the appraiser came in January he noted all these things plus things I didn't mention that you are aware of already. I told him that you were going to finish in the spring so I have faith in you.
Ok, I've tried to get the repairs done to my house and nobody seems to care. You promised me long ago you would take care of all of it and not to worry but you continue to blow me off for some reason. I have no intention of blowing this off so I would appreciate it if you would give me a number to someone who will help me. Spring is coming. I managed all winter with a broken storm door. I sure hope that all the remaining repairs that need to be done gets accomplished before summer. There's a big crack in the wall of the spare bathroom. I noticed it about two weeks ago. I was also promised that my floors would not buckle or squeak but that was false. The bathroom is the worst. Also the plastic under the left side of the house needs to be completed with whatever goes under there. Im sure that's not the way it's supposed to be. My shower is still crumbling and cracking. That guys fixer up job was poorly done last summer. *** im getting discouraged because I paid way to much for that place to have it falling apart in less than a year. I refuse to settle for halfass cause that is all I've had my whole life. so when the weather gets better would you please get your best guys out to the country and have them make this old woman content with her home.? I won't have people over until everything is right
Hey ***, this is *** down in Meta. I've contacted you twice and you haven't responded so I can only assume you died or you don't intend on getting the remaining damages fixed on my house. If this is so I need to know so I can go another route because I have no intention of leaving things the way they are after paying what I did for the place. I've waited long enough and it's been a year now.

One last note, after reading their response I want it to be known that whomever Justin is, nobody came to my house and cleared anything. *** is making a false statement. I had someone that works for the state come out to see the place after I could not get *** to respond to me. It was ***'s Aunt who referred this man to me because she, herself said that I should make them finish the job. When this inspector came out he saw all the remaining damages to the house and he even mentioned the windows were spotted due to moisture getting in because they were not properly installed. He then said that he only has to check the foundation to assure the place was set properly. He also looked for cracks which were present. When I mentioned ***, the young man stated he knew *** very well. At that moment I knew he was not going to help me. Before he left he said he would get back to me in about two weeks. Needless to say, I never heard a word from him again and I did not receive any report as he promised. I am by far a dummy and I have no intention of letting these people take advantage of me. Thank you for your time.
