I am not able to access my account over the computer. They tell me to go to a public computer to access my account because I cannot access my account on my home computer. I have been asking them to send me out paper billing statements for the last three months and have not received one yet. I have no way of knowing whether this is a legitimate contract or not because I have no way of accessing my account. I have been calling them for the last three months about this and none of my issues have been resolved.
