Per our No Refund Policy on file with Revdex.com the customer was asked to provide proof of purchase in the form of a receiptThe customer could not/would not provide a receipt to our Customer Care department to further validate her claimOnce it is verified that the consumer indeed purchased hair from the Vivica AFox Hair Collection/Amekor Industries, it is then sent back to us where our Research and Development team further investigates the issue.
Her claim that our product is not 100% human hair can not be substantiated because she has failed to provide proof of purchasePlease let me know if you need further documentationThank you -

We hereby deny the fact that we do advertisement the product, She may have gotten the information of the item from other website that has a wrong description of the productShe may have been confused with other product, but HKBK stands for Human Kinky Bulk which indicates that it is made with human hairBecause HKBK16-W is processed with chemicals, it has a limitation in getting bleached or dyed even though it is 100% human hair, That is the reason why we have another product called HKBK16-N made with Unprocessed Natural hair for customers who want to bleach or dye the hairThus, we do not find the fault at our sideHowever, as a courtesy, we can send her packs of UNPROCESSED NATURAL kinky bulk hair which she CAN bleach or dye with desired colorWe hope this can bring her the satisfaction and mend her hurt feelingsIf you have any questions of concerns, please feel free to reach usRegards,
