Review: AMELISHAN BRIDAL in Hubertus (###-###-####)- worst experience ever with the purchase of bridesmaid dress.

I purchased a dress for a friend's wedding. Many know that bridesmaids dresses are not cheap, you would think that the dresss which cost anywhere between a few hundred dollars would be durable enough to last at least one evening of wear. Not the case with AMELISHAN BRIDAL.

After the ceremony, probably 2 hours into this dresss being worn, the zipper broke with no hope of fixing. A few hours later into the reception, the collar clip broke. I called to try to get a resolution for my dress and AMELISHAN BRIDAL, in Hubertus, refused to TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for their product malfunction.

They state that they are not responsible for any malfunctions in a dress or tuxedo once it leaves their store. Their reasoning behind this was that they inspect each dress prior to leaving the store so that they can be assured that the zippers work and the dress or tux is in good shape. I was also told that they do not know what was being done in the dress. I said, "you mean, walk, sit, and stand up in it?" I exhausted myself trying to explain to them that the zipper and collar clasp appeared to be in good condition once I put the dress on but the problem lied in the fact that the dress was poorly made. The dress fit me a little big, as I explained to them that stress to the zipper could not be the issue. I also explained to them that I did nothing out of the ordinary for the zipper to brake. I sat, stood, and walked in the dress prior to the zipper breaking. Why would this be cause for a zipper to break.

Exhausted from trying to explain to them that the malfunction of the dress was not caused by any action taken by me I asked them to try to resolve this issue. They simply washed their hands of the problem and took no ownership in the situation at hand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Does anyone have any ideas of what action I should take so that other people do not go through this experience in such an important dayDesired Settlement: Would like to get refunded for the dress since the event that it was purchased for has already passed and I do not need the dress for any future events..
