[redacted], of our [redacted], WA clinic, provided you with communication stating that we could no longer provide services to you (copy attached). This direction was due to your need for ongoing treatment based on your residence being in Canada. Dr. [redacted] also informed you that he would be notifying your local provider so that they could work with you on an on-going basis.Due to your renewed contact with Amen Clinics beginning in November, 2015 another letter, dated March 15, 2016 (copy attached) was presented to you stating once again that we were unable to provide you with services. We did, however, have one of our physicians, Dr. [redacted], speak with your current provider, Dr. [redacted], to make sure you were getting proper treatment. In that letter we also provided you with a list of qualified professionals in your area that could assist with your care.We do apologize that your experience with our staff was perceived as less than stellar, however, please understand that they were only acting as directed based on the information noted in your file. We do take all complaints seriously and are using your notification as a tool to further train our staff on patient interaction.I gleaned from your communication with the Revdex.com that you feel you may benefit from TMS therapy.
